Hey everyone! Way back in December I went to Clothes Show Live at the NEC in Birmingham, and whilst you may have seen a few mentions on my blog and a couple of the video tutorial I did, (the daisy tutorial of course you've already seen here) this post is so late in coming, I'm sorry. Nevertheless, I still wanted to do a post, even if it just highlights how awful I have been at getting around to writing it. I was honoured to have been invited to Clothes Show Live, and having never been I was also incredibly excited. I filmed a total of five tutorials for them, all of which can be seen on their youtube channel. I'll post a couple at the bottom of this post for easy access, but you should definitely go check them out on their channel!
I wanted to just show you a few images from my day, partly because this blog is also supposed to be a record of what I've done and I'd like to be able to go back to these one day, but also because I think you would have all loved it. There was so much nail varnish! And so many awesome deals, I should have taken more money with me really because I only ended up getting a few models own polishes, and I'd have loved to buy other stuff.
I also got an amazing goodie bag from them. This was supposed to accompany the bloggers breakfast that happened beforehand, but as I couldn't make it to London due to university, they very kindly sent me the goody bag anyway. It contained an Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD, (which is just insane!), a can of So...? Sexy Body Spray, an Elemis Fresh Skin kit, a can of Diet Coke, a gorgeous scarf by Joana Almagro, a little Citroen car, and the limited edited Models Own Clothes Show Live polish. It was an amazing present to receive and I'm very grateful for it!
And here are a few of the tutorials:
Enjoy!
