Hey everyone! Today I've got a long-overdue review of the Barry M - Speedy Quick Dry collection* for Spring/Summer 2016. I actually swatched these within the first few days of their release but with the move I just haven't had a chance to sit down and edit the pictures, so today I made sure to make some time to edit, and these were first on my list. Pastels are always my favourite, so this collection of four light pastel shades was always going to have my heart, and they've got the usual great formula of Barry M polishes to match. Barry M Autumn/Winter 2015 Speedy Quick Dry Swatches and Review
Hey everyone! Day two of my week of reviews, so far so good with posting but we'll see how it continues. Today is the Autumn/Winter Barry M Speedy Dry Collection*. Just like with yesterday's post I've actually had these sitting on my laptop since October but I've just had writers block when it comes to typing up the post. I've struggled to even start writing it tonight but I'm forcing myself. I think I just need to get over the hump I've created in my head for reviews and then I'll be fine.
These four polishes were added to the Speedy Quick Dry collection, whilst they are indeed autumnal, I can see them being used into summer. Especially the red, Dead Heat*. They, like the rest of the collection, use a wider brush than Barry M's original designs did, which makes for easy application. As they do indeed dry quickly, this wide brush helps to prevent smears. I've been really impressed with the Speedy polishes so far and these are no exception.

Tutorial: Summer Boho Nail Art for Barry M
Hey everyone! Today I have a step-by-step tutorial to show you. It's been such a long time since I posted one and the other day I was asked on Instagram whether I still post them and I decided it was time to start posting the tutorials I recently created for Barry M. I wasn't really sure where I was going with these I just decided to experiment and I ended up with this boho-ish design. I wasn't sure whether I liked it or not, but having not looked at it for a while I think I do!
I used the recent Speedy nail polish collection for these, plus Cotton* from the spring Gelly collection.. I never got around to posting my full review of them due to exams etc, which I still feel guilty about. But I'm doing my best to try and stay on top of reviews nowadays so I think you'll be seeing more in the future. However, these polishes really impressed me, they have a wide brush that Barry M hadn't used before spring this year and it really helps with application. They're super fast drying and there's quite a few colours across the two releases (spring, and summer) which means you've got plenty to choose from! They sell for £3.99 so if I were you I'd pop down to your local Boots/Superdrug and give them a go if you haven't already.
