Gelish - Thrill Of The Chill Review + Swatches

I can't believe it's the end of the weekend already, every week it just flies by. It's not that I don't like my job, it's more that I diet in the week and eat loads of chocolate at the weekends and I really miss eating chocolate as soon as it turns to Monday... first world problems! Anyway, I've got a review of the new Gelish - Thrill Of The Chill Collection* for you. As always it's a gorgeous collection from them, and I think I have a couple of new favourite Gelish shades too.

Angling For A Kiss* is a lovely deep red shade. Of all of the gels this is the one I found the hardest to work with, but I made sure to take my time with it and I love how it looked in the end. This was 3 coats with Gelish - Top It Off*.

Don't Let The Frost Bite* is a grape creme. My camera has made this look more blue-toned that it actually is, as tends to be the case with blurple shades. This was actually a lot lighter than I thought it would be compared to how the bottle made it look, but I really like it.

This was two coats but I could have easily have got away with one coat if I was doing nail art on top of it, it's very opaque and has great application. Shown with topcoat.

Let's Kiss And Warm Up* is a deep plum shade, it's such a classic autumn/winter shade and I love it. This was three coats, I could possibly have got away with two especially with nail art, but I didn't want it any patches to show up on the close up shot. This was super easy to apply. Shown with topcoat.

Caviar On Ice* is a taupe creme, again this was lighter than I thought it would be compared to the bottle. This was two very easy coats with topcoat.

I think my favourite from the collection has to be My Main Freeze*, this stunning pale nude/off-white shade is definitely going to be featuring a lot around here. (In fact you've already seen it in my last post). This was three coats as it's a very pale shade, shown with topcoat.

And last but not least is Ice Cold Gold*, I've shown it layered over Don't Let The Frost Bite* here so you can see what it looks like over a darker shade.

I also wanted to show you what Ice Cold Gold* looks like over a lighter shade. On both shades I'm wearing just one coat of Ice Cold Gold, and as you can see it's got great coverage. I think this will be another favourite for my collection.

What do you think? Which is your favourite shade from the collection?
