Gelish - The Colour of Petals Collection Review + Swatches

Today I've got a review of the Gelish - Colour of Petals Collection* for you all. It's a lovely collection of pinks and purples, perfect for spring, and for summer. Read on for further swatches and my thoughts on the shades...

Gardenia My Heart* is a dusty lilac, this was 3 coats but I could probably have got away with two.

I Feel Flower-ful* is a lovely dusty pink, this was 3 coats but again, as with Gardenia My Heart, I could probably have stuck with two.

Young, Wild & Free-sia* is described by Gelish as a 'soft peach creme', and it's a lovely fun colour for summer. This was 4 coats because 3 didn't feel quite enough. I expected it to be a bit brighter from the shade on the bottle, but it's still a gorgeous shade.

Strike A Posie* is a lovely barbie/ baby pink, this was 3 easy coats. I think this will be the next shade for my toes! Such a pretty shade.

Follow The Petals* is the only pearl/shimmer shade from the collection. This was 5 coats, and it could maybe have done with 6, but it actually looked really nice with just a single coat, so if you don't feel the need for total opacity it would look nice just as a light shimmer.

Merci Bouquet* is described as a 'lilac creme' although it's quite a dark lilac. This was 3 easy coats.

What do you think? Have you tried any of the shades from the collection yet?
