Gelish - Botanical Awakenings Collection [partial] Swatches and Review

Hey everyone! I've had a super busy week. I got back from London on Sunday evening but I was back there again on Tuesday and as a result my week has been quite disjointed. I'm glad it's almost the weekend so I can get my mind back on track! Today I have a review of a couple of shades from the Gelish - Botanical Awakenings collection*: Primrose and Proper* and Don't Pansy Around*. Whilst there are actually 6 shades in the collection, I felt like these were the two colours that stood out to me, and I'm glad I chose them. Primrose and Proper* in particular is gorgeous, and I used it in this nail art recently. Gelish is definitely one of my favourite brands, and I'm really loving working with gel at the moment so it's great to see more lovely shades coming out, and these definitely didn't disappoint.

Don't Pansy Around* is a bright pink creme. This was 2 easy coats, shown with Gelish - Top It Off

Primrose and Proper* is a lovely dusky lilac/nude/off white shade which is great for elegant designs and matches well with glitter. This was 2 easy costs

What do you think? Do you have/want any of the collection? Let me know in the comments!

*some of the products in this post were provided to me for review but all opinions are entirely my own and were not influenced in any way

  1. This short nails look perfect. What polish do you use? I've recently started to do some nail designs too. What source do you use to do designs? I like to use tutorials and designs. They have a lot of options and styles for any taste.

  2. I love the Gelish collections, the shades are always so pretty. I love DonrPansy Around, it looks amazing on you.
